EXPRESS MAIL签收问题
我ebay买了一只CHANEL手袋。但是卖家表示，因为货值较高，不同意寄UPS Priority mail，一定要寄EXPRESS Mail。但是EXPRESS Mail 需要指定专人签收并核对签名。
下面是卖家的原话：
