包裹被拒收问题

各位大神：      求助，美亚买的美德乐吸奶器，是第三方销售平台的物品，不是美亚直营的，在运货途中，显示被要求退回（转运地址我核对了，没有错），不知是什么原因，求解答，谢谢。
