你们两个论坛的客服不是一家的吗?怎么感觉您不清楚具体情况呢?
你们仓库到底有没有跟usps说明你们没有收到货物啊,收件方和发件方都一起向usps提出货物丢失,usps才会确信这个货他们真的送错了吧。
