EXPRESS MAIL签收问题

我ebay买了一只CHANEL手袋。但是卖家表示，因为货值较高，不同意寄UPS Priority mail，一定要寄EXPRESS Mail。
但是EXPRESS Mail 需要指定专人签收并核对签名。
下面是卖家的原话：
For such high value item, Priority might not be ideal since it provides minimal confirmation. EMS provides full detail of receipt, which means extra security of our transaction. EMS protects both you and us.
Do you have the particular receiving person's name at Newark location? So EMS will look for him and get his signature of receipt.

请问，这种情况下，我该如何处理。
