1个包裹已投递6天，至今没有入库，希望解决

hello，以下是USPS的回复。。。想请问，贵司下一步将怎么做？
The shipping company located at 3025 bowlarama gets 200 to 300 parcels daily from just the US postal service. That does not account for the parcels that they get from other couriers. This takes time for them to process these packages. You need to be patient and check back with them daily till they have finished processing your packages. About your request for who signed if you want a signature then you must have the sender send it signature required. This was not the case with these packages , They were delivery confirmation which we gave you.

QQ-EX客服让我们联系USPS和购物网站的啊。。。联系了也没有用，两家的答复都是，货物已经送到了。

亲，usps给我们的回复是有可能投递错了仓库，因为转运仓库都是批量签收，所以也不知道错投递到哪里，所以他们也无法追回，只能等到收错货的人退回包裹才能再次进行投递，如果无人退回包裹，他们也无法处理，我们仓库每天来多少包裹就会入库多少包裹，一般不会出现隔天或者是隔了好几天才入库的包裹，且摄像头覆盖仓库角角落落，基本无丢失包裹的可能性，且鉴于6月12号多家转运发生usps显示投递却未入库的情况，建议直接投诉usps，感谢您的支持。

客服，你好，就你回复的问题，我也反馈给了USPS，他们的答复如下，如信所述，USPS坚持认为已经送达给了贵网，而且他们认为问题应该出在贵网入库方面。。。我想请问：
1、贵网如何证明没有收到该批货物？
2、假设如贵网所述，该批货物送错了地方，那么，如果没人退回，问题该如何解决？

I have no clue what they are talking about our records show we gave it to them, not anyone else.  As I said you must wait till they locate it due to the large amount of parcels they get daily. I cannot help you with that company we are two different companies. They do not speak good English. As far as the post office is concern we delivered the package as you requested.
