问过ups快递公司公司，快件是你们那儿姓陈的签收的。快递公司说shipping information上写着wilmington, DE是因为发货公司用了这个tracking number曾经发过包裹到wilmington，但是这次我的包裹是送到Newark的。所以应该没有错。

以下为和UPS的聊天记录：

Jimmy R.: Is this your correct address?
Guaier Huang: sorry but i didn't receive it
Guaier Huang: yes
Jimmy R.: We show that the package was received by CHEN
Jimmy R.: Is there a main office where the package could have been received? Guaier Huang: why the shipping info said it was to Wilmington, DE? Guaier Huang: so weird.
Jimmy R.: This is because this is a re used tracking number, this means that the sender used this number for more than 1 package
Guaier Huang: ohhh
Jimmy R.: Another package with the same number was delivered in Wilmington, DE
Guaier Huang: is there any possibility that my package was delivered to wrong address?
Jimmy R.: We show that the package was delivered to the correct address Guaier, however if you are unable to find it, we need  to investigate what happened to your  package, I'm sincerely sorry to hear you cannot  locate it, We strongly suggest that you contact  your shipper to initiate a package investigation.  Shippers are encouraged to report this issues  because receivers may not have all the shipment  information needed to perform a thorough  investigation. In addition, claim notification letters  are not sent to receivers. All claims are settled  with the shipper. If you still wish to continue with  initiating this process yourself, I can show you  where to get started.

这个是非常明显的送错了
ups的系统没有这么傻蛋的。
你可以直接找网站投诉好了。

ups的号码很少会重复的！
另外我们签收的人里面没有一个姓陈的！
