patagonia官网不给发货，怎么办？？？

在patagonia的官网买衣服，钱啥都扣了，最后突然不给发货了，说是前面这个地址有什么欺骗行为，怎么办啊？

客服邮件：

我也遇到问题了，他们实在不能发到QQ的地址，没办法，我把订单取消了。。。
