求助，paypal账号被冻结。需要出示转运公司的我名字的账单

在Harvestessentials用paypal的账号买了一个榨汁机，但是被砍单了。 Harvestessentials是把钱退回到了Paypal，但是paypal估计是怕有风险，把我的这笔退款给冻结了，现在他需要我提供在美国的地址的账单，也就是QQ在美国的地址的账单。咱们这边能不能帮忙出一个账单啊。不然的话我的钱就会被一直的冻结住。

美版paypal只限美卡注册。但你绑定中国卡账单地址是中国的。所有2者地址肯定不符的。所有你基本没啥希望解 ...

如果能退回到我的卡里面，我就没啥问题了。也就是300美金，就算是人家做洗钱也看不上这点吧

对的，我注册的是美版的paypal，划款之类的也没啥问题啊，我注册时候显示了我的注册地在中国。账单地址写的也是中国的地址。我就觉得很奇怪了，为什么要提供转运地址啊。
