We apologize for the inconvenience. Please know that we package our orders by weight and each product has a pre-determined weight. When items are added to the order, we are able to calculate the total weight of the order. When the order is processed for shipping, we weigh the package versus the pre-determined weights of the products. We can then determine if a item is missing. However, our system indicates the complete order was included for the shipment. Unfortunately, we are unable to send at no cost. Please advise if you received any supplements in place of the missing items and we will be glad to investigate further.
