We offer free return shipping within the U.S. for all items that are listed on our site as returnable at the time of purchase. This order was placed and sent to a US address so we are only able to cover return shipping from the address that the item was sent to. Since the item was taken out of the US the return fees that it would cost to have them sent back would be covered by the customer. Once the item is received we will be able to issue a refund for the item.
